Shipping, Returns & Policies
Depending on what you purchased, your item(s) will ship from Beckman Studio or may come directly from one of our vendors. Typically, original works come from the studio and items such as prints or apparel will come from one of the companies we work with for printing and fulfillment.
Artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure a safe and timely arrival.
Shipping costs are listed at checkout and are dependent on the piece's size and weight. Shipping costs may be higher if a piece is extra fragile or heavy.
If a piece arrives damaged, please let us know by emailing email@example.com immediately. We will allow you to exchange the piece for another of equal or lesser value.
Should a piece get lost in the mail, please file a claim using your tracking number and order details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that the listing description pictures represent colors as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the print or original you order.

Your artwork will be carefully packaged and well-protected, but In the unlikely event that artwork is damaged in shipping, we'll do our best to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Framed and Unframed Prints
Prints ordered from Beckman Studio are printed just for you, at the time you order. Every frame is custom made specifically for your print by our framer. As such, all print orders are final as soon as they are placed.
If your frame or print was made incorrectly or damaged upon arrival, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com.
Any claims for misprinted or damaged prints must be submitted within 7 days after the artwork has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue with your print or anything else on your order, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you aren't delighted with the original artwork you ordered for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us by emailing email@example.com to initiate a return.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Artwork should be returned safely in its original packaging, and must be shipped with insurance for the purchase price and tracking.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
