Shipping Damage

Your artwork will be carefully packaged and well-protected, but In the unlikely event that artwork is damaged in shipping, we'll do our best to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging by emailing justin@beckman.studio.

Framed and Unframed Prints

Prints ordered from Beckman Studio are printed just for you, at the time you order. Every frame is custom made specifically for your print by our framer. As such, all print orders are final as soon as they are placed.

If your frame or print was made incorrectly or damaged upon arrival, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible by emailing justin@beckman.studio.

Any claims for misprinted or damaged prints must be submitted within 7 days after the artwork has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you notice an issue with your print or anything else on your order, please let us know by emailing us at justin@beckman.studio.

Original Artwork

If you aren't delighted with the original artwork you ordered for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us by emailing justin@beckman.studio to initiate a return.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Artwork should be returned safely in its original packaging, and must be shipped with insurance for the purchase price and tracking.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at justin@beckman.studio.
